| The philosophy we apply in order to produce better, permanent operating results consists of training and supervising people to encourage improved performances through a change in the method used. We have translated this philosophy into the design of our Business Impact Program®.

Our partners’ proven scientific theory forms the basis of our practical improvement program. By combining this theory (“Educational Learning”) and practical experience gained by our consultants (“Action Consultancy”), knowledge, skills, tools and processes are transferred to our customers and embedded in their business processes.

Our practical, goal-oriented and enthusiastic approach may be viewed as it relates to the characteristics of orcas:

Orange Orca realizes improvements in its customers’ business on the basis of mutual trust, involvement and by emphasizing positive behavior. This is the same method applied in the training of orcas. |
