For the Schiphol Baggage department, Orange Orca is involved in the European Tenders activities and the purchasing for the baggage handling system. The systems must be able to facilitate Schiphol’s growth from an organization managing the current 40 million passengers to one that will eventually handle 70 million passengers and their baggage.
Within Schiphol, Orange Orca provides support to the Security department in its activities involving the purchasing of security systems and the maintenance of this equipment. Given the currently prevailing security issues, this is an extremely important aspect for the airport.
